Christmas Eve

Ahh, what a beautiful time of year. I absolutely love the Christmas season.

What's not to love?

  • Department stores take like 70% off of all stuff that "MUST GO"
  • You get to stuff yourself with delicious holiday foods, without feeling COMEPLETLY bad about it..
  • People give you free gifts
  • And the most important, the family gathers together to enjoy happy holiday merryment together.

Today is Christmas eve, and it feels good just to be alive. I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday. I know I'm going to stuff my mouth. Enjoy the gifts!

Dieting 101 [2]

POR FIN!

The Diet is here.

What is a Diet?

  • Food Choices
  • Exercise
  • Dedication
  • Success

Foods

Reducing intake
-Eat smaller amounts more requently.
-Maybe 3 meals a day won't cut it. Try eating more smaller meals.
-Don't eat so much. It's not good for you now way, and it can also stretch your stomach out. You could get used to eating a lot at one setting. Try to stay with modest proportions.
-Eat slower! Give you digestive system a chance to take it all in. That way it will absorb the nutrients at a steady rate, and can keep you healthy! Also why would you want a bellyache after all that sushi? [Rachel!]
-Dont be naiive like some people and think that 1 meal a day will suffice for you. IT WON'T. You need good food to survive and stay healthy and out of the doctor's office. Don't be fooled, you may not feel hungry, or want to eat anything, but you NEED to. There are vital nutrients and minerals that you can't get from anywhere except in certain foods. They help keep your body immune system strong and ready to fight any sickness that may come your way. ALSO, skipping meals is dangerous to your health and the whole mission of loosing weight. Why would you want your body to store MORE fat? That's exactly what it will do whenever you finally do decide to put something inside of you. It will FIND a way to survive. So it will take fats and store them away for later.

Now here is the hard part:

Restrictions
-Candy
-Soda
-Cut back on chips
-Eating after TEN [Sorry Pastel, my family eats late.]
-Fast food is a definate NO
-Major Juices [Make sure to check the Fruit juice concentrations. It's usually in percents. If it contains NO FRUIT JUICE then chances are it's filled with sugar and citric acids. BAD.]
-Pizza [I know this one kills me.]
-DONUTS! [I just commited suicide!]
-ENERGY DRINKS. They don't do anything for you but give you a full blown sugar-rush and a headache for later. NO.
-Alcohol is a definate NO as well. No matter what you say, it's no good, and you should separate yourself from it as much as you can.
-Ice Cream = NO.
-Cut back on the caffine.

Food in General
"What We Can Eat."
-Whole Grains/Wheat breads. [White is fattening believe it or not.]
-Cereals [More specifically: Cheerios. Also good for the heart and cholesterol, Special K, Any type of wheat cereals. The Granola kind. Be sure to steer away from the children's cereals; they are known to be packed with tons of sugar and uneeded calories. The fact that they are children makes it ok for them because they have so much energy anyway, they could work it off in 5 minutes on the playgrounds.]
-Fiber! I read on this box of "FiberOne" brand bars that people who include fiber in their diet loose weight faster and more efficiently than people who don't.
-Those weirdo diet foods you were afraid to try. Be brave, they're not as bad as they seem. They even have sweets, that make it even easier to endulge on once in a while. South Beach Diet and Special K are my favorites.
-Fruits
-Powerades and Gatorade. They're full of minerals.
-Try to avoid whole milks. They are good too, but try soy once in a while. They have lots of flavors.
-Organic foods. Yum!
-Tofu!
-Smoothies. Make even the most hated foods taste good.
-Try artificial sweetners like Sweet N' Low Brand. Its a sugar-free and very sweet, way to give flavor to your drinks and foods.

EXERCISE

"Do this at least an hour a week. 45 Minutes a day if you're extreme."

You need to exercise to help keep you in shape. It comprises of more than just lifting weights. You need to have cardio as well. That's what "Burns the butter" and helps the muscles show. IN reverse, You need conditioning as well as cardio, when you thin out, you're gonna want some kind of physique, and to be TONED. That's one of the main goals.

Cardio
-Speed walking
-Running/Jogging
-Swimming
-Skating
-Dancing
-Gymnatics [ME!]
-Basicly any sport you can get your hands on.
-Stair climbing. [Great for the thighs]
-Biking.

Conditioning
-Lifting Weights
-Floor exercises
-Gym
-Yoga
-Pilates
-Ty-Bo

Dedication

No diet is easy. It's better to work off the excess weight than get lypo or something of another. People who work it off tend to keep it off because they have trained themselves to live a healthier lifestyle. It is going to take hard-work and dedication to get it off. Be strong you can do it!

Nothing great ever came over-night. It will take some time. Don't be discouraged. One of the best rewards is having someone come up to you and ask, "Have you lost weight?" Proudly hold you head up and say, "Why yes... Yes I have!"

Don't give in so easily, and when you're having some trouble/cravings at the check-out line [because that is just where they happen to keep all the candy and junk food] try to picture a healthier you and how good you will look in those snazzy new fitted clothes.

When you fail, you are failing yourself. You have to live with the fact that YOU gave up, and only YOU have the power to control YOUR body.

Success

Once you have reached your goal, why not make another? There's no rule that says you can't get in even better shape.

Also, don't let your hard work go to waste. Keep it off, continue the healthy eating, and don't go back to your old ways. You can do it!

Tips and Tricks.

*REMEMBER--Your body counts on this. Set goals and restrictions for yourself, and make sure you reach them every week.

*Remember to record your progress, and reward yourself once in a while for a milestone well passed.

*Drink more water: There's plenty of it, and it is the easier drink you can get to help keep your body replinished.

*Brush your teeth after evey meal--Brushing the teeth helps get rid of the food taste in your mouth, and that mint taste will help kill any arising cravings you might have later. [You know how nasty food can taste right after you have brushed.]

*Avoid snacking while cooking! You might think a little piece won't hurt, but 5 or 6 pieces just might. Try chewing some tasty gum while you are in the process.

*Keep a steady sleep schedule! Believe it or not, another step in staying health is getting a good night's sleep as often as you can. Give your body a chance to relax, and rest itself. The next day you will have more energy and be able to get active! In reverse, too much sleep can sometimes cause you to feel drowsy and lazy, and you're not going to want to do much. Don't be a couch potato!

*Don't be afraid to get down and dirty. SWEAT! It's good for you! Did you know that your body doesn't normally start burning off any calories until 20 minutes of doing exercise? Keep it flowing!

*If you must splurge [Eat bad food] every once in a while, keep it down to 1 every two weeks are less. Don't loose all your progress. Instead of taking one step forward for every step back, take 2 steps forward for every step back, and that way you will always be one step ahead.

NO MORE EXCUSES! THE TIME IS NOW! Are you ready for a better you? What are you waiting for?

Dieting 101.

INTRODUCTION:

Ok, I know FINALLY I am putting this in here.

[Jeez you. You could have put it in YOUR blog you know!]

Ok so, we [I say we as in Cassie, Pastel, and I] are planning to do this little diet thing together this summer. It's not so much as a DIET, but it's a fitness plan; it has rules and boundaries, so we can't break them, or we have to pay the consequences.

So far, with the people that I have told about it, they want to join in too, and maybe if we get this thing off the ground, it can be a widely held thing going around. That would be pretty sweeeeet.

HEALTH ISSUES:

Considering that the many of us, or most of us [sorry Pastel] live in America, or near it, we are considered the fattest country in the world.

Now why is that you ask?

64% of Americans are overweight or obese, and a quarter of those people are obese in general.

That is extremely unhealthy. Speaking of health:
Obesity is becoming the second largest preventable cause of death in America according to two academic studies. A lot has to do with the choice of foods that people eat. Obesity also contributes to diabetes, heart disease and even deaths from the E. coli bacteria, which can be found in the bacteria in fast food meats. - Lissa Eriksson

Rode-E-YO!

Yeehaw.

Went to the Houston Livestock and rodeo today. It was fun. We didn't stay long enough for the concert though. Some country singer Miranda Lambert.

I even got a video for you.

Yep, that was one of the first things we saw. It was interesting, and painful. Or so it seemed. Some people got hurt. I think that some of that stuff is dangerous, but they make so much money from it.

We went to IHOP for dinner, and I had a philly cheese steak sandwich. YUM.

What is this Spring Break going to be filled with?

Thanks for the day William.

Run Little Turkey!

And there was nothing left but the feathers.

DIA- "Let's all have a moment of silence for all the turkeys around the world."

So today was a day of thanks, and I sure was feeling it in my belly.

What is Thanksgiving exactly?

"Thanksgiving, or Thanksgiving Day, is a traditional North American holiday to give thanks for the things that one has at the conclusion of the harvest season. Thanksgiving is celebrated on the fourth Thursday of November in the United States and on the second Monday of October in Canada.

First Thanksgiving
The earliest Thanksgiving events in the British Colonies were held at what is present day Berkeley Plantation in Virginia in 1619 and at Plymouth in present day Massachusetts in 1621.

A long weekend
In the United States, Thanksgiving Day, always a Thursday, is part of four- or five-day long weekend which usually marks a pause in school and college calendars. Many workers (78% in 2007) are given both Thanksgiving and the day after as paid holidays, and others with leave benefits are allowed to take a vacation day. The day after Thanksgiving is promoted as the unofficial holiday of Black Friday: the beginning of the traditional Christmas shopping season. Many retailers open very early (for example, 5 A.M. or earlier) and offer "doorbuster" deals and loss leaders to draw people to their stores.

Travel
The Wednesday before Thanksgiving Day, and the following Sunday, last day of the long weekend, are typically two of the heaviest annual travel days for passengers airlines, intercity rail and bus services, and highway travel.

Traditional celebration
Thanksgiving meals are traditionally family events where certain kinds of food are served. As is evidenced by the tremendous level of travel, significant effort is made by family members to gather for the Thanksgiving celebration. Family participation is notably inclusive ranging from the very youngest to the most senior. First and foremost, turkey is the featured item in most Thanksgiving feasts (so much so that Thanksgiving is sometimes facetiously referred to as "Turkey Day"). Stuffing, mashed potatoes with gravy, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, corn, turnips, rolls, pecan pie, and pumpkin pie are commonly associated with Thanksgiving dinner, although it was quite probable that many of these culinary items did not feature in the first Thanksgiving in 1621. Often guests bring food items or help with cooking in the kitchen as part of a communal meal."

Ok, So I am not that smart. I so stole that from Wikipedia.

The Day Before

Thanksgiving is tomorrow.

I can't wait to sink my teeth into some of those goodies in there.

All this preparing is making me tired. Who though of all this anyway? OH yeah; the Pilgrims and the Indians.

Demons!

Ok, so I was having an ok day today, until I woke up at 4:30 by accident, surprisingly not from pain, but just from my internal body clock going off saying, "Get up woman."

I went to Gymnastics last night, and I was so happy again! I have been getting faster at my flips and stuff, cleaner. Ever since that one day, I have had it downhill, but I am slowly regaining my abilities.

The sad thing is that I think I got a little carried away; I am so sore right now in my legs. We were doing stretches today, and it felt like someone was slicing my legs open, and setting them on fire.

Yeah.

It was that bad.

I don't know, it was weird.. I think I must have pulled some muscles.

I think I have eaten about 3 Lemon-Berry slushes in the past 3 days; so what? That makes--one a day? Oh wow, they are good, and they have REAL strawberries in them. YUM.

My eyes are getting heavy, so you know it is time for me to go.

Lemon-Berries

I just got done finishing the best slush in the world: Lemon-Berry Slush from Sonic. El Mejor.

Gymnastics was fun tonight. I am happy because I did really good. I got faster on my coordination, and I got a little cleaner. The bad thing about that is at the end, I guess I let it go to my head a little bit because I started to land crappy.

I am not so tired right now, but later, I will be. I am trying to get as much stuff done as I can right now.

Man, I hate going to my hotmail, or englishbaby accounts because I have SO much mail. I don't have time to check it all. Just like the ones that need to be answered right away, or notifications. *Cough* Pastel.

So anyway, I got up early today to do my hair, but I ended up getting in the bathroom to do it a little too late, and then I ran out of time, so I only did one half of it, so I just left it like that. It looked funny because half of it was straight and then half of it was wavy.

I cannot wait until Winter. I love that time of the year. When I got out of the car tonight, it seemed like it was a little cooler outside. I am so excited.

I hope it snows.

It rarely snows down here.

I think it snowed like 2 times in the past 18 years. Im serious.

It's so hot in Texas :(

Crackers!

Yum, I ate some delicious crackers today.

Can crackers be delicious?

So, I am so sore from Friday night. It was after the football game, and some friends and I decided to be stupid and race up and down the aisles of the Room. I don't think I could remember the last time I ran that fast. I was on the tips of my toes as I sprinted up and back down the rows. I wasn't exhausted either. It wasn't a hard sprint, but later I started to feel it.

Like today.

I didn't feel anything yesterday. Saturday. I think it was a nice day yesterday. I was at home, and I talked to Pastel for about 1987235060348572034 years.

But oooh, this morning.

I felt it.

I was so sore. I went to sleep on the floor by accident, and then I woke up in the middle of the night, and went to bed. When I got up this morning, my legs and abs, felt like they were bleeding.

OH the agony!

It was difficult to laugh, and I love to do that, so you know how it must have felt.

I went to Church today, of course, and I had a nice time. After, I went to 'Ryan's' with the family and a friend of the family. I ate some good food :D

When I got home, all I wanted to do was lay down. I think I looked pregnant again, because my stomach was sticking out so far. I thought it was going to explode.

PASTEL. Again. Today I learned my Hungarian numbers :D

1: Edy
2: Kettő
3: Harom
4: Negy
5: Öt
6: Hat
7: Hét
8: Nyolc
9: Kilenc
10. Tiz
11. Tizenegy
12.Tizenketto
13. Tizenhárom
14. Tizennégy
15. Tizenöt
16. Tizenhat
17. Tizenhét
18. Tizennyolc
19. Tizenkilenc
20. Húsz

40. Negyven
50. Ötven
60. Hatvan
70. Hetven
80. Nyolcvan
90. Kilencven
100. Szaz

Now I just have to memorize them :D

This week went by so fast! It is already Monday again. Then it will be next Monday. Then Christmas. You just wait. See? It is already October! Today is the last day of September.

Saturday, I felt so go about myself. I worked on my Spanish. I hadn't done that in a long time, so I decided to work some, and it was worth it.

Wet Behind the Ears

Sunday.

Again, can you believe it?

Wasn't I just making a post about last Sunday?

So today, I slouched around.. Trying to heal from last Saturday's anguish. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. I talked to Pastel for the longest time.

I went to church, and then I came home and ate some "beef stew chicken pot pie." It's not what it seems, I just don't know the name for it. It is kind of like chicken pot pie, but it has cornbread on the top with beef stew on the bottom. It is so good.

I was sitting, and then I looked down at my thigh, and I saw a purple bruise on it. "Where in the world--" I thought. Then I remembered that I ran into a bar on accident, and though I accidentally amputated my own leg. That hurt a lot. But now, there is a big fat bruise there.. SUCKS.

I also drank some strawberry water.

I feel so bad, I lost my digital camera. I seriously don't know where it is.

I have the case, but the camera part is lost in the jungle.

So I just got out the shower, and I washed my hair, and my ears are all wet. Just incase you were guessing why I put 'Wet behind the ears.'

I am listening to this song "Corazonado" by Ricky Martin. I really love his old songs.

Earlier, it was so weird because I heard this old George Michael song "Careless Whisper," and I didn't know who it was, and then I went home and looked it up, and saw a very 1980's him, singing about him not being able to ever dance again. It was kinda catchy I must admit, but a little weird. I'm never gonna dance again? Come on now..

So anyway, I have some things to do, so I am going to leave it at that.

Buenas Noches.

Mexican Dulce

Sunday is one of days where you get up, and think: "Ah, this is going to be a relaxing day."

It was somewhat like that, only I spent a lot of it talking with friends and family in person, on the internet, and on the phone.

I sent Pastel's letter today. Now let's see how long it takes him to get it.

My brother stopped by today. He bought a Pizza.

Guess what, my tooth is hurting me again. Giving me trouble. I want to sue that dentist for not doing a good job. I really don't want to have to get it pulled, but if that is the case, then I am up for it. I cannot stand staying up at night with tooth pain anymore. I just can't take it.

I got pictures of the kids; if you want to see, just tell me.

I ate some Mexican candy today. It was so hot, it cleared up my sinuses. It made my nose and eyes water. Now that's some good candy!

My kitten came home, I am so glad. I thought he ran away. He was so skinny. It looked like he hadn't eaten in days!

I think this weekend was filled with a lot of heartbreak. Lot's of things happened. I just hope this upcoming week is much MUCH better.

Pain Game

Sometimes, people are just never satisfied.

Exhibit A: ME.

I am not satisfied with this tooth, it is driving me up the walls, and my mouth is swollen. Hurts, to eat, and makes me so sore. I want to cry right now.

At our big celebration tonight, I could barely eat, and it was so sad.

The food was so good, instead of a barbeque, we had a fish fry.

Man, my sister can cook. Makes me a little jealous. NOT. I would rather have someone else cook. Hehe. I attempt to cook in the kitchen.

Darn, I should have taken a picture.

Almost all my siblings were there; 3 were missing.

Wednesday, August 22, 2007

Over.

Or at least that is what I am hoping. I got the root canal today, and the only other option is getting it pulled.

Basicly, all I did today was go to the dentist, and come home to recover. Even tonight, I am not over it. My jawline hurts extremely bad, and it sore. I cannot open it wide at all.

I came home, and stayed up a little. My mouth was tired, so I took a nap, and overslept camp. Whoops.

Oh well, my mouth was sore anyways, why bother. I couldn't yell.

It is already Thursday! Well close, since it is Wensday night. I think this day went by fast; considering I slept through the afternoon.

For dinner, I ate a club sandwich (Lettuce, tomatoes, ham and cheese) and watermelon. I think that was an ok dinner, considering I could barely eat anything. SORE.

Believe it or not, it was really hard to bite into my sandwich; I had to chew like I was retarded. It hurt, but I was hungry.

I got a lot of sleep last night, and I took a short nap today, but for some reason, I am really tired right now, worn out. I didn't really do anything.

I have to go back, AGAIN, in 2 weeks.

It never ends.

All this pain will be worth it though; no more waking up in the middle of the night with throbbing pains.

Tickle Me Pink

Today was a joyous day. I was tired most of it, but it was alright.

Tooth problems, but then again, what's new?

YOU HAVE GOT TO TRY: Sonic's "Lemon-Berry Slush." I get one of those every single time I go there, and it is the best thing since sliced bread. It's fresh fruit, and juice.

Today is already Sunday, (can you believe it?) and I went to church. Amazing.

I got knocked up by Pastel this weekend. I'm gonna be a Mommy; triplets too. He joked around and said he was going to name them all "Joe" so there wouldn't be any confusion with who's who.
Supposively, there is going to be a hurricane coming this way Tuesday. They picked a specific day and everything. Can you believe that? Too bad it was sunny today. Maybe it will just pop out at us.

I just got done eating a burrito from Taco Bell. Man, those things are the best.

I guess I went on a junk food rampage this weekend. I worked myself to death this past week, I think I deserve it.

Tomorrow is a day off from camp, but I still have to go up there to take care of some stuff.

Tickle me pink? Why did I put that? I'm in a good mood? That is one of the oddest names of a color that I have ever seen in my life? Possibly.

Sugar and Spider-Pig

I needed a day like today.

I got to spend time with a bunch of friends in the Memorial City Mall all day.

Pastel had to get onto me because I just went to the dentist, and I was eating some candy today. I can't eat a lot anyway because my teeth aren't completely fixed.

Last night, I had the worst tooth pain in weeks. It woke me up. Tengo miedo, because it was the EXACT same one that I got fixed last Thursday. WHICH MEANS, it's not actually fixed, and they might have to go back in, or just plain pull it.

I don't want either.

Sucks.

Watching other people eat ice cream is pure torture. I can't eat it because I'm lactose intolerant! PLUS, my workout regimes wouldn't allow it. Yet another reason why I deserve a relaxed day. Seriously, this week was so hectic. I barely had time to sit and write in this blog! You know, I have to do it again next week, only I'm going to the dentist Wends. instead of Thurs.

Wow, it's late.

I almost didn't make it home.

My tooth dilemma is really upsetting me right now. I was excited to get it taken care of, to remove the pain, and it just doesn't go away. So depressing.

I went to the movies today. I saw "The Simpson's Movie" It was good, but some people didn't like it. Make sure you attend it with people OVER 12.

I thought it was funny.

I used to watch the Simpson's a lot when I was younger. I don't watch it at all anymore.

I wanted to see "Rush Hour 3" but I DID NOT think of that one! I was in a large group of people (5) and I didn't think of it; it was one of those "whatever you want to see, I don't care" kinda moments. I didn't think of it! I was mad too.

Friday, August 17, 2007

Wowzahs

Well, the sun was shining today, and all was good; except the fact that we had to be in the sun.

My toe hurts :(

I ate a hippo today! I split it with a friend though.

We had a large revival tonight, and there were so many people there. Afterwards, we ate a BUNCH of food. I love to do that.

People though I was pregnant.

My stomach sticks out like that. Seriously. About 5 months.

Can't Touch This

I don't know what has up with the weather lately. We have been having so many hot heated days, and then all of a sudden there is a warning for a Hurricane. What are the odds?

I can't wait til they both pass, and it's Winter already. I am so tired of the heat.

I am just tired.

I need sleep.

I was trying to learn Hammer time earlier. It isn't as hard as it looks. "CAN'T TOUCH THIS" Hehe, that's a classic.

McDonalds' "Southern Style Chicken Sandwich" wasn't so bad. I had one tonight. Good, but a little bare; all it had on it was the chicken and 2 pickles.

Most of my soreness went away, but now and again, there is the occasional pain in the shoulders. What's new.

I'm going to the dentist again tomorrow. Possibly, they are going to fix my bad tooth. I am so happy, No more late nights! Let's just hope they don't skip it like last time. They worked on one that has never given me problems at all.

Sore Muscles

Ooh,

The heat advisory today was 102 degrees F. Now, that's hooot!

I'm so sore right now. Shoulder muscles. I don't think those have ever been hurt. I have gymnastics tomorrow too. Yippee.

I had to change my schedule afterall, because Fridays are just too hectic. Plus, I'm not doing anything on Tuesdays nights. *I get another change to redeem myself for what happened Friday. It was a terrible class*

I have to get up at 6:20 tomorrow to go to the Taqueria to meet a friend. SO EARLY.

I had the strangest dinner tonight: Grapes, Watermelon, and Lasagna?

That didn't fit.

That one is almost weird as that one time I had pancakes and fried okra. Hehe.

I finally changed the song! I couldn't choose, so I got V6. I was getting a little tired of K. He is a great singer, but not every single time I enter my blog.

"Days - Tears of the World" is a good song. It makes me think of dying babies though. I don't know why. I think it's the whole 'tears of the world' thing.

Strawberries and Chocolate!

Same day as yesterday, only I didn't get as tired..

Because I got tired tonight..

I forced myself to stay awake because I knew I would just repeat the same pattern: Stay up late, wake up early, be tired all day, go to sleep early, then stay up late..

I attempted to break the habit.

I did a pretty good job, only I'm about to pass out. SO SLEEPY!

This weekend is going to be SO HECTIC! Especially Friday.

Gymnastics, Moving, Camp, Doctor's appointment, Shopping, Bill run.

It is going to be crazeh.

I don't think I will be here all day.

Thursday night is when all the fun is going to happen; I am going to have to prepare everything for Friday. There is no way I can just wing that day out. I am going to have to set out everything. It's my only way to survive.

Right now, my stomach is about to shrivel up. I am so hungry. I need to feed it.

Today I ate these Mexican chicharrones, only they weren't chicharones, they were papas de maiz, and they had the traditional lime and chile on it. GOOD.

Along with that, I had the bright idea to put Nesquick Chocolate syrup on strawberries. DELICIOSO.

Trust me, it's safe, I read the bottle.

I think I spelled Nesquick wrong. Oh wells.

I was up this morning at 5:45 a.m. What is wrong with me? I didn't have any pain.

Except for right now..

私の腕が痛い!

どうしてわかりません。

Man, I love that Japanese.

Last Minute

Ahh..

I slept in late today; Until 10 a.m.

The first thing I did was get up and take a shower. I was so tired last night when I came in. I didn't even update my blog!

OH NO!

The apostrophe key on my laptop is going out! I just got this thing at the end of January!!

It wasn't cheap either.

I had to make some flyers today. Ugh.. It was for a good cause; for my church :D

Once again, it rained hard today. I have to admit that it didn't rain for a long time. Probably about 10 minutes.

I'm going to get a postcard from Hungary everyone! I can't wait.

My teeth are doing so much better. I haven't had trouble in a week.

I HAD ICE CREAM TODAY. Only about 2 spoonfulls, but I had it, and I haven't had any in a year! Maybe longer. I cannot eat it because I get nausea real bad. I guess that's called lactose intolerant. I ate just a little, and I had forgotten the taste. That is horrible I can't eat it. Some people would die if they were in my position. I ate Strawberry.

I just another friend to make a blog. This is my third one. I am good at this. Haha. I am getting Blogspot some business.

I am really surprised I didn't just forget about this. I am working on my third month with this!

I actually made my goal.

Oh look at these new Hungarian words I learned:

"Fuggony" Curtains
"Naptej" Sunmilk!
"Fonok" Boss
"Kiraly" Cool (I think.)

I can't remember if that last one is right or not but. I might be able to spell them, but I can't prounounce them too good! Just ask Peter Hahahaha.

This is the Friend's Blog.

Tonight We had this last minute get together just like last night.. It was fun I have to admit, but so tiring. All I wanted to do when I got home was do some Yoga.

I have to get up early tomorrow. My sleeping in days are over. I knew they would end fast, but not this fast. I am going to miss them. At least I got one last one in for the team. *Sniff.
