Baccalaureate

See the first time I heard this word, I didn't even know how to pronounce it. Shows how much I know..

"Baccalaureate"--Pronounced [back-coo-lor-rie-ette] Must be French.

But it was this celebration for my sister, and I just named this post that because a lot has happened in the past week.

Last Thursday was pretty much one of the greatest days of my life, and I MADE Saturday, my official day of leisure. I rewarded myself for successfully completing the AP exams. OF course, there's no party until the results come in the mail in June, but until then, I'm just going to pretend like I knew what I was doing on that test.

That's all I can say is wild.

I had a crazy night. I just walked in, and it is 12 am as I speak. I just got home from that crazy Halloween Party. I danced so hard, I feel like I just got in from the gym.

We did the thriller dance.

It was WILD.

I think I am going to be sore tomorrow. I dropped it like it was HAWT.

Today I got a little productive. I cleaned, and I got a hippo, also I baked some brownies :D Pastel was in this day of course, and then I bought some more things for my phone.

I got ready for that party, and then I had the time of my life for 4 hours straight.

NOW I am home, and sweaty, and I am about to jump in the tub. I completely ruined my hair, but I guess that is ok considering I can just fix it later.

I planned to go to the party dressed up as the Witch from the East on the Wizard of Oz, but then It turned into princess Diana, and then to just a Princess, so I just took it all of and got in some shorts and a t-shirt.

It was fun.

In sad news, I found out that a man from my church passed away. It is so sad. I have known him since I was little. He had a heartattack. They couldn't revive him. :(

I needed a day like today.

I got to spend time with a bunch of friends in the Memorial City Mall all day.

Pastel had to get onto me because I just went to the dentist, and I was eating some candy today. I can't eat a lot anyway because my teeth aren't completely fixed.

Last night, I had the worst tooth pain in weeks. It woke me up. Tengo miedo, because it was the EXACT same one that I got fixed last Thursday. WHICH MEANS, it's not actually fixed, and they might have to go back in, or just plain pull it.

I don't want either.

Sucks.

Watching other people eat ice cream is pure torture. I can't eat it because I'm lactose intolerant! PLUS, my workout regimes wouldn't allow it. Yet another reason why I deserve a relaxed day. Seriously, this week was so hectic. I barely had time to sit and write in this blog! You know, I have to do it again next week, only I'm going to the dentist Wends. instead of Thurs.

Wow, it's late.

I almost didn't make it home.

My tooth dilemma is really upsetting me right now. I was excited to get it taken care of, to remove the pain, and it just doesn't go away. So depressing.

I went to the movies today. I saw "The Simpson's Movie" It was good, but some people didn't like it. Make sure you attend it with people OVER 12.

I thought it was funny.

I used to watch the Simpson's a lot when I was younger. I don't watch it at all anymore.

I wanted to see "Rush Hour 3" but I DID NOT think of that one! I was in a large group of people (5) and I didn't think of it; it was one of those "whatever you want to see, I don't care" kinda moments. I didn't think of it! I was mad too.

Nachos.

Oh wow, yesterday was hectic. I left at the last minute.

I FINALLY got home this afternoon at about 5 p.m, and I was exhausted.

Right now, I am listening to the Spanish Ricky Martin cd. I'm seeing how good he is. Remember that band Menudo? From the 80's? I do. Hehe, he is the only one that lived after that. His Spanish album isn't that bad. I like a couple of songs. I am going to add them to my library of Music.

Has anyone read that last Harry Potter book?

I haven't.

I don't like Harry Potter.

I know some people that are obsessed. They dress up for the release of the new book. It's so sad how crazy people go for a bunch of words on paper.

Today, I watched "Nacho Libre." My hermana is in love with that movie, and I watched it today. I have seen it a lot of times.

Yesterday exhausted me out so bad. I still didn't get to take a nap though. Right after I got home, all I had time to do was eat some food, because Lauren and her sister wanted to go out to the movies. My sister and all of us went out and watched that cute little children's movie "Surf's Up." It was funny. I saw you should watch it.

Wow, ok, so what did I do today? Umm.. Be busy.

I have to admit, I would rather be out doing something or working 24/7, than staying at home. I love going out with friends and being social, but with all that rain and bad weather last week, it was so hard to do.

I have a 10 o'clock manditory meeting I have to go to tomorrow morning. I forgot all about it. That forces me to take my morning track session earlier. It takes about 3 hours for me to leave my bed and then get back to it. I only have track sessions when I am not working, because when there is work, I have to get dressed at 7.

By the time it takes me to get out of bed and leave the house, get there, go around the track once or so, and then do some other things, get breakfast (on some days), get back home, take a shower, and then EAT breakfast, is aproximately 3 hours and 30 mintues. It all depends on how long the track session is.

It is so good for you though.

I love it.

I guess If anyone was wondering what I did at a track session, well now you know! It isn't easy stuff, but then again, what is in life?

I'M BACK:

I just went down memory lane when I put in this TUNE IN Vol. 1 cd. It has Jessica Simpson's "I Wanna Love You Forever," Tim James' "I'll Be Your Secret," Destiny Child's "Bug A Boo" and "Give A Smile To The Planet" by RAI.

I remember these songs!

They came out around 2000.

Oh man.

I went to sleep late as usual, but I had to get up today for CHURCH. Yes that's right.

Then I had some afternoon guest, and I didn't get to take my afternoon nap. LATER, they wanted me to come visit them.

This was the thing: It was one of my buddies that I grew up with, and she moved to Kentucky, and now, she was down here visiting some family. She is leaving tomorrow, so she wanted to do something. We left.

I hate leaving out of the blue. It threw my whole schedule off.

I was really hoping that I wouldn't get called to work.

That would suck.

Even though I wasn't called for work, everyone else kept calling. That night, I was so tired at around 12 because I didn't get much sleep, and then Kyle calls me at 1 am. I was mad.. I was so tired.

I ended up going to sleep at 2:31 a.m.

I just feel so bad because I haven't been getting anything done! It makes me mad. Sometimes I know I stay home and laze around, but when I need stuff done, it agitates me to NOT do it.

But this was for a friend.

I guess I could waver.

I learned a bit of French today..

I have a MySpace. Yes I know, it is a shock. Oo, I am slick. I just embedded my MySpace url into that word Shock.

You know, I hope this blog won't be one of those things that you get started, and then just forget about. I do that quite often. I like this. I want to keep the juices flowing.

Deary me, I almost forgot. I've got Japanese flashcards to practice. Is it too late?

Seeing as though one of my siblings speaks a dab of French, today I "stumbled" across a video on YouTube that teaches French. Should I learn it? Or should I NOT learn it. Hmm..

Anyway, I learned about 2 or 3 words including: J', wee, merci, madame, c'est. Ok ok, I admit. I knew a few of those already.

Just because I learned them doesn't mean I will remember them. OI!
